- Arcos Riviera Carving Fork features a 7" black blade made of NITRUM forged stainless steel, combining intelligent design, comfort, and ease of use; single piece forging ensures professional cut and long-lasting durability; the ergonomic stylized handle adjusts to the curve of the hand with a refined, rust-resistant finish; features rust-resistant stainless steel tongue-and-groove rivets.
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY This carving knife is made using a patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
- CLASSIC AND SAFE DESIGN the handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) for superior impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and temperature tolerance (-40ºC to 150ºC); stainless steel alloy rivets ensure high corrosion resistance; equipped with Silver technology for complete protection.
